Selva wins award with Squid-Ink Spaghetti

 Turkish Selva Food has won a bronze medal with its ‘Squid-Ink Spaghetti’ at the Monde Selection, one of the prestigious quality institutes in the world. selva-310x165 Squid Ink Spaghetti, a special product for the Far East market by the Selva Food, was awarded with a bronze medal at the 56th Monde Selection after the product successfully passed through from the customer’s tests.  Saying that the company aims to bright together customers with ‘real food,’ Özkan Koyuncu, the General Manager of Selva Food, said “We take utmost care to produce at high levels in all stages without allowing our product to lose anything from its originality and nourishment. The Far East market is very important for us. Despite its high potential, it is a very difficult market to compete. All the features of your product, from production technology to raw material quality, must be complete. With this sensitive in mind, as a result of our research and development works, we came up with Squid Ink Spaghetti, a special product for the Far East market. It is very precious for us that this product has proved its quality by taking this award at an international level.” Monde Selection, an independent and international quality institute that determines the quality levels, has established scientific analysis reliability with its tasting and test methodologies and its legal rules. The products that participate in Monde Selection are evaluated by over seventy scientists, experts, nutrition and health consultants, gourmets and chefs from prestigious catering establishments.
