In line with its vision to strengthen corporate governance and more effectively support its strategic goals, Alapala Holding has made a senior-level appointment.

Cengiz Tiryakioğlu, who serves as General Manager of DEPART and AB Industries—two of the group companies under Alapala Holding—has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Alapala Holding, effective January 1, 2026. In addition to his current executive duties, Mr. Tiryakioğlu will also assume his new role on the Board.

Since 1996, Mr. Tiryakioğlu has held senior management positions across various sectors. He has carried significant responsibilities within the Alapala Group as General Manager of DEPART since 2016 and subsequently as General Manager of AB Industries. His expertise in milling, automation, and industrial solutions has made substantial contributions to the operational and strategic development of the group companies.

Mr. Tiryakioğlu’s extensive knowledge, leadership experience, and sectoral expertise are expected to add significant value to Alapala Holding’s sustainable growth objectives, corporate vision, and long-term strategies at the Board level.

With this appointment, Alapala Holding aims to further strengthen its robust governance structure while resolutely continuing its efforts to enhance its presence in the global market.
