Leading Turkey flour producer Beşler Un, increased its production capacity up to 1000 tons per day with an additional investment of 10 million dollars.
The 2020 results of the "Turkey's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises" research, announced annually by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO), have been announced. Beşler Un, an affiliate of Beşler Group, ranked 259th with 1 billion 86 million liras. Beşler Un, which has been on the ISO 500 list for 19 years, has kept the tradition.
In the statement made by Mesut Çakmak, Vice President of the Executive Board, stated that Beşler Group companies are used to rank at the top of the ISO 500 and Second 500 lists every year. Stating that they have climbed 6 places compared to last year, Mesut Çakmak said:
“We are proud and happy that our company has made the ISO 500 list. This result showed once again that we are the flag bearer of our industry. At Beşler Group, we care about domestic and national production and aim to contribute more to the Turkish economy. For this purpose, we invested 10 million dollars in our flour facility. We launched our state of the art factory with a production capacity of 1000 tons per day in a fully automated environment this month. I am sure that this investment will contribute to both our city and our country. We will continue our investments for our other production facilities as well.”
