The newly launched franchise model by Aslı, one of Turkey’s leading café and bakery chains, has received significant interest from entrepreneurs. Defined as a first in the sector and eliminating high investment costs, the “Your Store at Aslı” model offers aspiring business owners the opportunity to establish their own cafés without requiring capital. Nearly 1,000 applications were submitted within just two months, and the application period will remain open until December 31.

Operating under Eksim Holding, Aslı aims to provide entrepreneurs with both long-term investment opportunities and sustainable business management through this model. Open to individuals with experience in the service industry or an interest in café operations, the program covers all costs including store construction, décor, equipment supply, and the entire investment process. No franchise fee is required from business partners, and applicants accepted into the program are provided with turnkey stores.

Aslı General Manager Caner Bayıralan emphasized that the strong demand in a short period demonstrates that the company has introduced the right model, stating:

“Until now, the biggest barrier for those who wanted to open and operate their own stores was the high capital requirement. We developed a new model to break this barrier and redefine industry standards. We invite anyone who wants to take part in this sector and establish their own business to join the ‘Your Store at Aslı’ program.”

The new franchise model ensures a fast and efficient process. Once an agreement is reached, location analysis and team training support are provided, and the store is expected to be delivered within 90 days.
