Cargill Food is reshaping its leadership structure across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region with the appointment of four new senior executives.
This reorganization is aimed at sustaining strong growth momentum and enhancing organizational efficiency within the META region. The newly announced appointments are designed to help the company respond more swiftly to regional opportunities, encourage closer collaboration between business units, and accelerate returns on investments.
The new structure also reinforces Cargill’s 2030 vision of “One Cargill,” aiming to create more opportunities for employee development and further strengthen the company’s culture.

According to the announcement, Cem Beysel has been appointed Senior Director of Functional Systems and Strategy for Cargill Food META; Cenk Erkan will serve as Senior Director of Sales and Commercial Marketing; Cem Bilge takes on the role of Senior Director for the Starches, Sweeteners, Texturizers, and Cocoa Product Group; and Kıvanç Çekiç has been named Senior Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
