Paris Baguette, the global bakery-café chain under the SPC Group, has raised its total number of stores worldwide to 700 with the opening of its new location in Westfield London. The company reached this significant milestone only 13 months after opening its 600th store.

Pursuing an aggressive growth strategy in Europe, Paris Baguette is now expanding into the region following its successful development in the U.S. and China. The brand has strengthened its presence in the United Kingdom through its first franchise store in Canary Wharf, which has achieved strong customer traffic since its opening. The new Westfield store, operated by the same franchise partner, further demonstrates the brand’s capability in multi-unit franchise operations.

Situated on the ground floor of Westfield London in the Shepherds Bush area, the new location features a modern design concept characterized by marble countertops, the brand’s signature blue metal accents, and wood finishes. A wide selection of sandwiches, pastries, and cakes—highly appreciated by consumers in the UK and across Europe—will be offered to customers. The strong visitor potential of Westfield London, which welcomes around 50 million guests annually, is expected to significantly support the brand’s growth.

Paris Baguette entered the global market in 2004 and, over the past two decades, has expanded to 700 locations across 15 countries, including the United States, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Brunei, and Mongolia.
