As of 2025, Pastavilla has launched a new production line, reaching an hourly production capacity of 6 tons. Recognized as one of Turkey’s leading premium pasta manufacturers, the company aims to increase its total production capacity by 40% with this investment.

Operating on a 350-decare facility with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons, Pastavilla also houses Turkey’s first government-certified R&D laboratory. Emphasizing innovation in product development, the company continues to offer a wide range of pasta products catering to both traditional and special dietary needs.

Commenting on the new production line with a 6-ton-per-hour capacity, Pastavilla General Manager Dilara Arslan noted that the investment was made to strengthen the company’s production infrastructure and boost its export potential. “Thanks to our R&D investments, we are able to develop differentiated products that better meet consumer expectations. Our new production line is an important step that supports this process,” Arslan stated.

Pastavilla exports to nearly 100 countries, with a strong presence in Canada, the USA, and Europe. Its product portfolio includes not only traditional pasta varieties but also specialty products such as Veggipasta®, made entirely from yellow peas; bronze-cut pasta with superior sauce retention properties; the Junior line developed for children; and whole wheat pasta offerings.

In addition, Pastavilla was once again named “Best Quality Pasta Manufacturer” by the QUDAL – Quality Medal certification program conducted by ICERTIAS. This recognition, awarded for the second consecutive time, is based solely on consumer votes. ICERTIAS assesses consumer behavior and satisfaction levels in the Turkish market to determine the recipients of this award.
