The Turkish Flour Industrialists’ Federation (TUSAF) is once again bringing the sector together with the 20th International Congress and Exhibition, to be held from February 12–15, 2026, in Antalya. This year’s theme is “Climate Resilience and the Future of Trade.”

Preparations are already underway for the most significant gathering of Turkey’s flour industry. Organized by TUSAF, the 20th International Congress and Exhibition will take place at the Antalya Kaya Palazzo Hotel. The event will explore how the industry can adapt to and thrive amid global challenges such as climate change, evolving trade dynamics, and sustainability transitions.

In his statement regarding the upcoming congress, TUSAF President Mehmet Mesut Çakmak extended an invitation to all industry representatives, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and dialogue: “As one of our country’s largest non-governmental organizations in the field of food, we place great importance on organizing such events to generate solutions to the industry’s challenges and strengthen consultation among stakeholders.

Within this framework, we will hold our 20th International Congress and Exhibition in Antalya on February 12–15, 2026. Over the past two years, this event has become Turkey’s largest food congress, welcoming more than 1,500 guests. We will once again be delighted to host all stakeholders of the industry this year.”

The congress will serve as a key meeting point for both domestic and international industry professionals, offering an invaluable platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and strategic cooperation. BBM Magazine and Değirmenci Magazine, part of Parantez Media, became media sponsors of this major event.
