Turkey’s leading food company, Ülker Bisküvi, continued its growth trajectory in 2024. The company closed the year with a revenue of 84.1 billion TRY, maintaining its leadership in the biscuit market in Saudi Arabia and Egypt while sustaining a strong growth trend in Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries.

According to a statement Ülker Bisküvi submitted to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company achieved a 2024 revenue of 84.1 billion TRY. Ülker concluded the year with an EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Depreciation, and Taxes) margin of 18.5%. The company upheld its dominance in the biscuit markets of Saudi Arabia and Egypt and continued its robust growth momentum in Kazakhstan and Central Asia throughout 2024.

Ülker Bisküvi CEO Mete Buyurgan highlighted that in 2024, as the company celebrated its 80th anniversary, it achieved numerous successes through both financial performance and innovative projects. Buyurgan elaborated: “With revisions to our go-to-market model and technological investments in our production facilities, we continue to enhance our successful business model with a focus on efficiency. We closely follow digitalization trends and sustain our technological investments. The automation investments in our production plants simplify, accelerate, and boost the efficiency of our business processes. Thanks to our agile and proactive management approach across vast geographies, our revenue reached 84.1 billion TRY. Over the past five years, we’ve introduced more than 250 new products to the shelves. In 2024 alone, we launched 51 new products in Turkey for our consumers. Innovative products accounted for 15% of our domestic revenue. With our strong innovations and focus products, our growth continues unabated.”
