Bringing together agriculture, food, art, economics and science around the same table for three days, the BBM Kitchen Talks left their mark on IDMA Istanbul 2026 under the theme “The Pleasure Collection of Civilization.” Bringing together renowned speakers, industry leaders, academics and professionals on a common platform, the event combined knowledge sharing, gastronomic experiences and industry interaction, becoming one of the most popular attractions of the exhibition. Alongside the talks, freshly prepared pizzas, simits and other bakery products transformed BBM Kitchen from a simple event space into one of IDMA’s social and intellectual hubs.

At IDMA Istanbul, the industry witnessed the debut of two initiatives by Parantez Media: IDMA Today and BBM Mutfak, These projects, designed to enhance the visitor experience and provide valuable industry insights, have garnered significant attention.

The 10th IDMA Istanbul Fair, boasting record attendance, is keeping the momentum going with a variety of events.

The 10th edition of IDMA Istanbul Fair opened its doors to visitors with intense participation. IDMA Fair, which opened yesterday at Istanbul Expo Center and will host its visitors until May 4, is witnessing colorful images. BBM Mutfak stand, organized by BBM Magazine and sponsored by Özmen Un, garnered significant interest from participants.
