BBM; bakery, biscuits and pasta sector specialty magazine, attracted a great interest at the fairs in Turkey and Russia, which are considered to be among the most important markets for the sector. BBM Magazine came together with its readers at its stand during IBATECH and Bakery Moscow. Company representatives and participants paid a great attention to BBM, an indispensable publication of the sector. The whole sector came together at the 12^th International Bread, Cake Machines, Ice Cream, Chocolate and Technology Fair – IBATECH Istanbul. The latest technological furnaces have been presented during the fair, organized by Messe Stuttgart Ares Exhibition at CNR Expo for twelfth time. The fair lasted four days. During these four days, BBM Magazine’s stand has welcomed a lot of visitors. BBM, who received a great interest by companies and visitors, distributed 2,500 magazines. Besides, BBM received a great attention during the Modern Bakery Moscow, an international bakery, pastry and candy fair – the biggest in Russia- in March. Along with some companies from Turkey, BBM also opened a stand at the fair, which was organized by the Messe Frankfurt in Russia. BBM, published in two languages - Turkish and English, has met with a huge attention by fair visitors. During the fair, which lasted four days, materials, furnaces, production facilities, machines and packaging materials among others have been presented for Russian and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
