For FRITSCH Bakery Technologies, bakers around the world are much more than just an inspiration. They are the most important partners when it comes to the further development of technologies. The Corona crisis is currently determining everybody’s entire lives. Thus, it is also putting small and medium-sized bakeries in a critical situation.
In March FRITSCH has started an initiative, called #SaveOurBakers. This social media campaign draws attention to the personal experiences of bakers.
With #SaveOurBakers bakers worldwide can access to the FRITSCH network and share their campaigns or new business models that have arisen from the current situation.
In addition to the legal regulations, they have implemented numerous creative solutions in the shortest possible time, including the introduction of pop-up bakeries, bread trucks, delivery services and the opening of online shops and pick-up stations. Many bakeries also support local producers and welfare charities by ordering ingredients as well as donations.
FRITSCH shares one of these stories every week. Over 38.000 impressions have so far been achieved on the social media channels.
