October 25 marks a global celebration under the theme From Tradition to the Future.

Turkey is set to host one of the most significant gatherings in the global pasta industry. World Pasta Day, celebrated annually on October 25, will take place this year in Istanbul under the theme “From Tradition to the Future.” Scheduled for October 24–26, 2025, the event aims to unite the pasta sector’s stakeholders on a single platform—highlighting pasta’s cultural richness, historical evolution, and modern industrial transformation.

This prestigious event is being organized through a joint initiative by the Turkish Pasta Manufacturers Association (TMSD) and the Pasta Producers and Industrialists Association (MÜSAD). It will welcome pasta manufacturers, industry representatives, food professionals, and thought leaders from around the world to Istanbul. More than just a food item, pasta will be explored as a cultural phenomenon with deep social and historical significance.

In a joint statement, TMSD and MÜSAD emphasized that the event will strengthen Turkey’s global standing in the pasta industry while paving the way for new international collaborations. The program will feature panels, tasting events, academic presentations, industry analyses, and cultural showcases. Additionally, special exhibitions will be held, featuring leading pasta brands from Turkey and around the globe.

On the occasion of World Pasta Day 2025, Istanbul will serve as a unique host, blending traditional culinary heritage with cutting-edge production technologies. TMSD and MÜSAD officials extended an open invitation to all industry stakeholders, stating: “We would be delighted to welcome you to join us in this flavorful collaboration.”
