Pasta continues to serve as the universal language of culinary cultures. As 2025 draws to a close, the global pasta industry is preparing for new records in both production and consumption, despite climate fluctuations and rising production costs.

Italy will consolidate its leadership with 3.6 million tons, followed by the United States (2.3 million tons), Turkey (2.1 million tons), and Brazil (1.6 million tons). India and Egypt, meanwhile, are emerging as new players, achieving double-digit growth in production thanks to increasing investments.
